It contains Allantoin (sp?)--something that seems to keep my eczema at bay (as does Jergens Ultra Healing, but doesn't have the perfumey smells of Jergens...which gave me allergies...) so I was super happy to find this product. I've been able to move from using steroid creams every few days to weekly or less by using this lotion... so for me, it's really a God-send!
