It didn't help much. Then we tried this and it really is amazing - our baby has not had any problems with eczema after using the Aveeno Eczema cream. Can't even tell our baby has eczema anymore. We couldn't believe that something without steroids and is over the counter could work so well. We know of other babies for whom this worked better than prescription drugs. I agree - it would be a real shame if Aveeno did not make this anymore. This is a fantastic product. Dallaire "G Dallaire" (Connecticut) - See all my reviews    Johnson and Johnson changed the name from "Eczema care" to "Advanced care", but it is still exactly the same cream. The reason people say they cannot find it is because it is NOT with the other Aveeno Cremes. The seem to always put it with the Hydrocortizone anti-itch cremes and Eczema cremes. I believe they do this intentionally because of all the people with eczema who love it. I have gone through 3 dermatologists that prescribed a total of 2 steroid creams, 4 moisturizers, and an oral steroid to provide a solution for the severe eczema on my fingers. Nothing worked. I have tried EVERYTHING!! I started using this lotion 2 months ago, and within days of the first use my fingers were normal, pain and itch free for the first time in over 6 years!!! It's been amazing!!!!!!! I would like to mention though that it would be ridiculous to pay $30 for it on amazon.com because you can get it at walmart, target, meijer for around $5-$7 a tube, go there! I'm sure that you'll find it at places like Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid too! Amazon needs to quit marking things up so horribly! It's awful, and disgusting! That being said, TRY THIS LOTION!!!!!!!!!
